Careers at Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning

General Manager
The General Manager is in charge of directing and organizing all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office. The General Manager supervises the P&L, steers sales, and provides leadership to all employees and processes for the office.

Service Technician
The Service Technician performs diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessories. The Service Technician communicates with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and verify complete customer satisfaction. The Service Technician also promotes products and services to customer and works under the management of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Installation Technician/Installation Helpers
The Installation Technician performs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial sites. The person in the position also conducts installation and service on inside air products and equipment, as well, and has the expertise to understand controls and wiring graphics and schematics.

Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist takes care of customer questions, concerns, and billing questions with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to settle customer complaints with a single-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for helping with day-to-day running of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service location.

Dispatcher
The Dispatcher, using approved radio and pager processes, dispatches calls to Installers, Service Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians. The individual in the position also corresponds with the customer to confirm the customer is aware of scheduled appointments, respond to questions, and to help resolve concerns. The Dispatcher effectively plans and routes the most ideal technicians in accordance with established company policies.
